Samsung Galaxy S30 Phone Case Leak

The Launch of the Samsung Galaxy S30 is not as far in the future as you might expect. Samsung usually launches its Galaxy S flagship product in March, but the S30 is likely to be launched in January. In fact, the CaseMe accessory maker started making the Samsung Galaxy S30 case.

According to pictures of the Samsung Galaxy S30 Ultra case Shared by CaseMe, it will have a 6.8-inch display and may have a higher refresh rate of 144Hz. A 5,000-mah battery and a 108MP main rear camera and a 40MP camera for taking selfies. The Galaxy S30 Ultra will work out of the box with the Android-based One UI 3.0.

Sources say That Samsung may increase the device’s peak refresh rate to 144Hz, but if they do, we really hope that the company at least USES the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra LTPO dynamic refresh technology so that the S30 Ultra doesn’t fire all the time at 144Hz, which would drain the battery very, very quickly.

Meanwhile, both the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro have 60Hz displays. Apple has reportedly considered using a 120Hz display for the iPhone 12 Pro, but may have held back due to power concerns.

Speaking of batteries, the S20 Ultra has a 5,000 mAh power supply, just as it is said to use the S30 Ultra. When set to 120Hz, the device lasted nine hours and 13 minutes in Tom’s Guide’s custom web surfing battery test. However, it lasts for 12 hours and 13 minutes at a 60Hz frequency – exactly three hours. It’s hard to imagine that battery life won’t continue to suffer if Samsung raises the refresh rate of the S30 further.

All in all, we were told to expect three Galaxy S30 series models between the base S30, S30 Plus and S30 Ultra. If these phones do come out in January, we could be just three months away from their debut – so expect rumors to really increase between now and the end of 2020.
