Samsung is expected to announce its latest Galaxy S line on January 14, and we’ve seen a few renderings that give us a sense of what the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra look like. Now, we have provided some cases for both models, further confirming that the new camera island surrounds the side frames for both models.
These Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra case images show a four-camera setup on the S21 Ultra, although the previous image showed a fifth sensor, presumably a 3D ToF sensor. According to recent rumors, the S21 Ultra is expected to be packaged with 108MP main CAM and 40MP selfie CAM. The S21 + selects three cameras that are physically separated from the LED flash, which has its own separate notch. The new cases also raise questions about the protection that falls off the top right corner of the camera notch.
In related news, the S21 Ultra appears on the LIST of NFC certifications with the SM-G998U model. Samsung’s upcoming mid-range Exynos 1080 chipset also appears on the Bluetooth SIG, confirming that it supports the latest Bluetooth 5.2 standard.
