Samsung is preparing to launch the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE after the Galaxy S21 series underperformed in the first half of the year. One would expect the device to be a direct successor to the Galaxy S20 FE. However, this is not the case. The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE may be an updated version of the Galaxy Note 20.

There is no official confirmation from Samsung, but, according to CaseMe, the S21 FE will not be the successor to the S20 FE. Instead, the device will be a successor to the Galaxy Note 20. Based on this information, the Galaxy S21 FE is likely to support the S Pen just as the S21 Ultra does.

The Galaxy S21 FE is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC. It will include 6GB and/or 8GB of RAM and will come with Android 11 out of the box. Of course, Samsung’s One UI skin will also be included. The device comes with a 4,500mAh battery, and it also supports fast wired and wireless charging. The device may include stereo speakers and a full HD + 120Hz AMOLED display.

The Galaxy S21 FE is expected to arrive on August 9. The latest rumors suggest it will come with the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, Watch 4, and Watch Active 4. However, there has been no confirmation.
