Last week, samsung announced the launch of the Galaxy S10 5G version in South Korea, which it said was the world’s first smartphone to offer 5G network. Unfortunately, many users have reported problems with the Galaxy S10 5G version of the network connection.

According to Business Korea, some users report that in addition to the limited coverage and slow speed of 5G network, the Galaxy S10 5G version will have the problem of disconnecting network data when switching from 5G to 4G. Even worse, three mobile operators in Korea, users have encountered a similar situation.

According to users’ feedback, the Galaxy S10 5G version will automatically switch to 4G network when there is no detection of 5G signal. However, when switching, data disconnection occurs, and users have to restart several times to connect to the network.

Unfortunately, none of the three south Korean operators offered a solution. SK, LG U+ and KT all denied the network problems complained by users. For now, users say samsung still haven’t fully addressed the issue.
