According to a report released by Samsung, it claims that the Galaxy S22 FE or S22 Fan Edition may be released in early February, which is around the same time as the rumored Galaxy S23 series debut.
The source further claims that the Galaxy S22 FE will succeed the mid-range Galaxy A74, citing earlier rumors that Samsung will drop the Galaxy A7x series in 2023. The S22 FE is speculated to cost similarly to the Galaxy A73 5G.
The Galaxy S22 FE is said to have a 108MP camera with a Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor. If successful, it would be a big step up from the Galaxy S21 FE, which offered a 12MP main camera. If Samsung ends up pairing it with a dedicated telephoto lens, the S22 FE could easily give many of the most affordable Android phones a run for their money.
If you’re keen on upgrading from an older Samsung model, the S22 FE might be the right choice. Please keep in mind that the Samsung S22 case will not fit the S22 FE due to its larger size.
