With Apple’s own MagSafe wallet becoming a bright spot for iPhone 12 Pro Max users, third-party brands have stepped up their efforts, with one of the more premium options recently coming from Caseme, They just recently released the new iPhone 12 Pro Max Leather MagSafe Wallet case.
The CaseMe iPhone 12 Pro Max wallet case features a two-in-one design that combines a lighter case with a removable leather case. You’ll find space for three bank cards in the ID slot and the top of the pouch to stash some cash in a wallet case that magnets to the back of the rugged leather iPhone 12 Pro Max case. The folio design not only protects your screen with a microfiber lining, but also doubles as a stand to support your device.
The quality of the work is solid, and the leather used by Caseme here feels soft, making up for the fact that it is bulky when split apart. As for the interior, the bumpers are definitely on the sturdier side, paired with leather backing to add style.
Most of these are the same as the brand’s case lineup, but this time with the addition of new MagSafe support in CaseMe Case. In my opinion, that’s where the new version shines, as support for Apple’s new standard is a perfect match for the 2-in-1 look. While the actual magnetic suction isn’t as strong as some of the thinner cases on the market, the built-in magnets proved to be enough to reliably hold the phone and case in place on a replacement stand or cushion.
